Zero Tolerance is organising two development days for Prevention Network members on the topics of evaluation and funding.
In our recent consultation with network members funding and evaluation were identified as two areas where support, information-sharing and capacity building for members would be useful. The aim is for the days to be practical participatory learning days. We want members to be able to work through real examples and contribute to plans and criteria for the development of future projects and materials.
They should be great events with lots of useful learning: Evaluation Support Scotland will be running tailored sessions on the Evaluation day and we are inviting key funders along to the Funding day.
Kirstie Shirra, a freelance worker who is co-ordinating these two events will be contacting network members shortly to ask for your ideas. We want to learn from the good practice that’s already happening in the sector so if you’ve conducted a great evaluation of a prevention project we want to hear about it!
We are looking for: case studies from members; feedback on the specifics of what you really want from these events; and ideas of which funders you’d like to speak to at the events. Contact us now with your ideas.
