Provides high standard of health care to vulnerable and hard to reach groups both from a GP surgery base and an assertive outreach model.

- Harm reduction and treatment of clients misusing or affected by substance misuse
- Testing and counselling for blood borne virus
- Prevention of homelessness
- Prevention of long term conditions through opportunistic contact and health check appointments
- Dental drop-in service
- Sexual Health
- Podiatry
