Action Scotland Against Stalking

Action Scotland Against Stalking is a campaign for new anti-stalking laws in Scotland.
ASAS recognises stalking as a form of violence against women which needs to be acknowledged and understood as a serious crime which requires serious legislation and serious policing.
Action Scotland  is campaigning for:

• Stalking Law
• Sentencing in line with the new law
• Offenders’ Register
• Training
• Specialised Knowledge
• Risk Assessment
• Improved response to victims
• Raise public awareness
